Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: This is not an experience for children.
• Individuals with disabilities: All vessels are accessible to those with limited mobility but are not ADA compliant due to the unique nature of the marine environment. There are raised thresholds throughout the vessels that require guests to take a step or two. Staff will be on hand to help guests with limited mobility. Guests in wheelchairs can be accommodated if they are portable and collapsible and guests are able to take a few assisted steps onto the vessel. However, the upper decks of some of the vessels used may not be accessible for wheelchairs. Restrooms are located on the lower level on all vessels but are not certified ADA accessible. There is a decent sized walk and staircase from the parking lot to the dock. Please keep this distance in mind if anyone in your group has mobility issues. Service animals are welcome. 
• Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian and vegan menu options are available. Please make note at the time of booking what your menu preference is and if you have any food allergies. 
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 2.5 hours
• What’s included: 
  • Champagne or sparkling cider toast upon boarding
  • Your own private table with a guaranteed window seat
  • Delicious plated dinner plus chocolate-covered strawberries
  • Rose petals and a bottle of champagne
  • Captain’s light narration of sights
  • Additional wine, beer, and cocktails are not included but are available for purchase
• Who will be present: The crew and approximately 100 passengers, however your group will have your own private table.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket.
• Photo/ video: Photos are encouraged!
• Specific rules to follow: There is no smoking or vaping allowed on the dock and vessel, including all outer decks.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The cruise operates year-round, rain or shine! If inclement weather should make it unsafe for the passengers, crew, or captain, the captain may choose to alter the cruise route, return to port during a cruise, or remain dockside for the length of the event.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 30 minutes in advance of your departure time to board the boat. The cruise leaves promptly at the listed departure time and passengers will not be able to board once the vessel is underway.
• Parking: There is parking available at the pier.
• What to wear: Business casual to dressy attire is suggested. It is also recommended that you bring a light jacket or sweater in the event you wish to enjoy the sights from the open-air decks.
• What to bring:
  • Government issued photo identification
  • Gratuity for the staff is not included and greatly appreciated if you enjoy the experience.
• Restrooms: There are restrooms onboard the boat.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
