How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This provider operates year-round, rain or shine! If inclement weather should make it unsafe for the passengers, crew, or captain, the captain may choose to alter the cruise route, return to port during a cruise, or remain dockside for the length of the event.
• Arrival: Boarding Begins 30 minutes before your cruise time. Please arrive early! There are no refunds or rescheduling options if you miss your cruise.
• Parking: All parking is paid parking. The provider is not responsible for any parking fees due or citations received before, during or after your charter.
• What to bring:
  • Valid ID if purchasing alcoholic beverages
  • Confirmation email either printed or on your phone
  • A light jacket for outdoor viewing areas
• Restrooms: Available onboard

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
