Once your submission gets the green light, watch as it graces a colossal billboard in the heart of Times Square, positioned above the Pele store, directly opposite the renowned TKTS red steps. Your creation will shine for 15 seconds every hour, spanning a full 24 hours.
Customize your photo with an array of unique frames, making it perfect for occasions like birthdays or engagements. You can even add a brief line of text to share your sentiments with loved ones. And the best part? You can share your image's time slot with friends and family worldwide. Whether you choose to witness the magic in person or follow it online, gift the ultimate experience: a moment of fame in the iconic Times Square!

Practical information

Any restrictions to participate?

Age: All ages are welcome but you need to be at least 18 years old to submit the photo online to be displayed on the billboard
Physical limitations: You can see the billboard from Duffy Square which is wheelchair accessible. If you can’t make it in person, you may watch the live stream on the billboard page.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: Your photo will play for 15 seconds, every hour for 24 hours on the date you picked (your time slot will be from 00:00 AM till 11:59 PM of the same day). 22 plays per day guaranteed in the unlikely event of a power outage or billboard malfunction. You will receive your exact hourly time slot (to the email you provided while booking) at least one day prior to your display date.
Spectators: You may bring friends and family to watch the billboard in Times Square, take photos and share this amazing experience.
Photo/ video: You can take your own photos in front of the billboard.
Specific rules to follow: You may submit your own personal photo. You must own the rights to the photo you submit. You cannot submit a photo featuring nudity, sexual or violent content, smoking. You cannot submit an ad or logo.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked.
