From the moment guests step inside Sloomoo Institute Atlanta, they're invited to slow down and play. Each room brings a new way to experience slime, whether that means sinking their hands into something soft and stretchy, walking across a pool of it underfoot or pausing to breathe in a new scent. It's self-guided, so everyone can linger wherever the fun takes them, and friendly Slimetenders are always close by to help.

The visit builds to its happiest moment at the DIY Bar, where each guest creates a slime that is entirely their own, choosing how it looks, feels and smells. They leave with sticky fingers, a big smile and a one-of-a-kind creation to keep. It's a gift that kids, teens and adults can all enjoy together.

Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: All age groups are welcome. Guests under 14 must be accompanied by a guardian aged 16 or older, and a guardian must sign a waiver for any guest under 18.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: Children under 2 can join for free. All guests aged 2 and up need a ticket.
• Individuals with disabilities: All locations are wheelchair and stroller accessible, and service animals are welcome. Noise-cancelling headphones are available on request, and guests who need an aide should contact Sloomoo ahead of their visit.
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Self-paced.
• What's included: Entry to the slimescapes and a custom slime designed at the DIY Bar.
• Who will be present: Slimetenders are available throughout the experience, and other guests will be exploring at the same time.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket, guardians included.
• Photo/video: Photos are allowed and encouraged. Commercial photography and obstructive equipment are not permitted.
• Specific rules to follow: No food is allowed inside the experience.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience. Guests may be asked to wait outside before entry, so dress for the weather.
• Arrival: Arrive at the booked time slot. Early entry is not guaranteed, and late arrivals may need to wait if the experience is at capacity.
• Parking: Street parking and nearby parking garages are available.
• What to wear: Clothes that can get messy, with sleeves that roll up and socks that are easy to remove. Long hair is best tied up. Slime washes out with white vinegar and water.
• What to bring:
  • Sealed water bottles are welcome, and water is sold in the onsite shop
  • Food is not allowed, so plan to snack beforehand
• Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: Restrooms and hand-washing stations are available onsite. Complimentary coat check is offered at select locations.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• Sensory-Friendly Hours are available for a calmer visit with limited capacity and no loud music.
• Sloomoo Falls is an optional upgrade that isn't included. Ponchos and shower caps are provided for it. Its slime is made in a facility that may package nuts, so guests with severe allergies may want to skip it.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for any other experience in our marketplace, free of charge, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 4 hours before your experience. To reschedule, use the “Reschedule Your Visit” button in your confirmation email or contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 4 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
