Participants meet their yoga instructor on the shores of Lake Ivanhoe, a unique and picturesque Orlando lake adorned with ancient cypress trees and home to diverse wildlife, including bald eagles, otters, and turtles. After a brief paddle to warm up, attendees settle into a serene water environment near the shore, where even beginners are welcomed, and experienced yogis are provided with modifications to suit their skill levels.

Following a gentle yoga practice, a guided meditation accompanied by specially chosen music enhances the experience. Participants are then invited to linger in the tranquil environment for a few moments under the attentive guidance of their instructor. This water-based yoga and meditation session offers a profound connection to nature, leaving participants feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and intimately connected to Mother Nature and the Universe.

Age: All ages are welcome
Weight:
- Clear single kayak: cannot exceed 350 pounds
- Clear paddle board: cannot exceed 200 pounds
- Clear tandem kayak: combined weight cannot exceed 350 pounds and individual weight cannot exceed 175 pounds.
- Adult paddle board (not clear): cannot exceed 250 pounds
- Tandem kayak (not clear): combined weight cannot exceed 500 pounds
Experience level: All levels are welcome.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: All children under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Individuals with disabilities: The experience is not wheelchair accessible.
Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 1-1.5 hours
What’s included:
- Paddleboard and all safety gear
- Dry bag for keys and phone
- Local guide & lesson
Who will be present: Your guide and up to 20 other participants.
Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a reservation.
Photo/ video: Photos are encouraged!
Specific rules to follow: Your guide will provide you with all rules the day of the tour.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: This tour is weather dependent. Please reach out to the experience provider directly if you have any concerns about the weather.
Arrival: Plan to arrive 30 minutes in advance.
Parking: There is parking available at the experience providers office, about a block away from the meeting location, as well as street parking. There is also public transportation nearby.
What to wear: A bathing suit or workout attire.
What to bring:
- A bottle of water, sunscreen, and sunglasses
- A towel and change of clothing for after the tour
- Gratuity for your guide is greatly appreciated if you enjoy the tour. $10-$20 per person is suggested.
Restrooms: It is recommended to use the restroom before you arrive.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

Swimming is not needed for kayaking or paddleboarding. To stay safe, wear a personal floatation device at all times. If participants are not comfortable on the water or cannot swim, please let your guide know prior to the start of the tour.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
