What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: Approximately 5 hours, visiting 3 wineries.
What’s included: Transportation, complimentary champagne at pickup, 30-minute behind-the-scenes wine and production tour at Somerset Winery, a 75-minute cave tour at Oak Mountain Winery including wine tastings with a charcuterie & cheese board, and the option to order lunch at the third winery.
Who will be present: You will have a tour guide with you, along with other guests.
Specific rules to follow: Outside food is not permitted, and lunch must be pre-ordered.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: The tour proceeds rain or shine.
Arrival: Please arrive at the pick-up location at least 15 minutes prior to departure.
Parking: Parking details will be provided upon booking.
What to wear: Comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for a day in wine country.
What to bring:
- A valid photo ID to verify age.
- A camera for photos, as photography is encouraged.
Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: Restrooms will be available at each winery.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 72 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 72 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
