What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Approximately 2 hours. The game can be paused after each challenge and resumed at any time. Note that pausing during a challenge will result in no points being awarded for that challenge.
• What's included: Full access to the at-home escape room experience for 2 players. Each player receives unique interactive puzzle tasks on their own smartphone while the story unfolds via video on a shared screen.
• Specific rules to follow: Both players must enter a solution to continue to the next challenge, so collaboration and communication are essential throughout. Each game is only playable once, as the puzzles cannot be replayed once solved.

How to prepare?

• What's needed to play:
  • A TV or any screen to stream the videos, a smartphone per player, and a stable internet connection.
  • No downloads are required.
  • Videos can be streamed via Vimeo or YouTube, and the YouTube SmartTV app is recommended for the best experience.
• What to bring: Pen and paper are recommended for notes and puzzle-solving.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• After purchase, a unique link is delivered instantly on the confirmation page and by email. Check your spam folder if you don't see it. The link never expires and can be used to start the game at any time.
• An in-game hint system is available at any time, offering up to three hints per puzzle. An option to skip a puzzle entirely is also available if needed.
• There is a timer built into the game and players receive a score based on speed and hints used. The timer can be ignored entirely for a more relaxed experience.
