How to prepare?

Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience.
What to bring:
- Your phone
- A speaker to play music on
- A face towel per person
- Snacks and beverages if your choice
- A bowl and spoon per person to mix up your at home treatments
- Optional: jars or containers to store leftovers
And the following ingredients to make your beauty creations:
- Coffee grounds, fresh or used - ask your local coffee shop for some! (¼ cup per person)
- Coconut oil (¼ cup per person)
- Honey, or substitute maple syrup (2 tbsp per person)
- Raw sugar (½ cup per person)
- Fresh lime juice, or substitute for lemon (1 squeeze per person)
- Fresh avocado (¼ or ½ per person depending on the avocado size)
- Cocoa powder (1 tbsp per person)
- Optional: fresh freezer chilled cucumber (2 slices per person)
- Optional: freezer chilled spoons (1 per person)

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

Your digital experience instructions will be emailed to you 24 hours prior to your selected date, and will be accessible until the day after your chosen date. Some online experiences are password protected. The password will be included in the email with your digital instructions.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 15 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 4 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 4 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
