Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: All passengers must be able to legally ride in a car without a car seat and be able to wear a seat belt
• Weight: Individual passengers must weigh no more than 290 lbs for the R-44, B206 and H-269, and no more than 200 lbs for the R-22.
  • *Depending on the amount of passengers the helicopter tour will take place in a R22, R44, B206 or H-269 Helicopter
• Health limitations: For pregnant women it's recommended to check with the healthcare provider if flying is allowed.
• Experience level: No experience needed

Who can you accommodate for?

• Individuals with disabilities: Passengers will need to transfer from the wheelchair onto the helicopter and be able to sit in one of the seats with your legs bent.
• Pets: This is not a pet friendly experience.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 30-minute flight time
• What’s included:
  • A flight with an FAA certified pilot
  • IMPORTANT: pilot gratuity is not included and much appreciated if you enjoy the experience
• Who will be present: Up to 4 passengers and an FAA certified pilot.
• Spectators: Spectators are welcome to come and watch or take pictures and view the takeoff.
• Photo/ video: You may bring your camera and take pictures. (It’s required for lanyards/straps to be worn on cameras or phones).
• Specific rules to follow: No bags, with the exception of cameras, will be allowed on your flight

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This experience is weather dependent. In the event your flight is canceled due to inclement weather, you will reschedule directly with the experience provider.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance
• Parking: Free parking available
• What to wear: Flat rubber-soled shoes are recommended.
• What to bring: Please bring a valid ID
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms available

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• Needed for the booking request: Name, Age, Weight, All passengers must present a valid ID; participants will be required to sign a liability release form
• A minimum of three passengers is required for the tour. If fewer than three people are booked, you may need to reschedule for a different date or opt for a private flight upgrade.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 72 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 72 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
