  • Individuals with disabilities: View Boston is accessible to guests with disabilities. Wheelchairs, walkers, canes, and medical scooters are permitted.
  • Pets: Pets are not permitted. Certified service animals and service animals in training are allowed; service dogs and service dogs in training must be at least 12 months old.

  • Who will be present: This is a self-guided attraction, and other View Boston guests will be present throughout the experience.
  • Spectators: Everyone entering View Boston must have a valid admission ticket.
  • Photo/video: Personal photos and videos using handheld devices are encouraged. Professional photography equipment, tripods, lights, and similar equipment are not permitted without prior approval.
  • Specific rules to follow:
    • All guests and personal belongings must pass through security screening.
    • Smoking is prohibited throughout the attraction, including the outdoor Cloud Terrace.
    • Re-entry is not permitted once the ticket has been scanned.
