• Individuals with disabilities: View Boston is accessible to guests with disabilities. Wheelchairs, walkers, canes, and medical scooters are permitted.
• Pets: Pets are not permitted. Certified service animals and service animals in training are allowed; service dogs and service dogs in training must be at least 12 months old.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Plan approximately 1.5 hours for the experience.

• Who will be present: This is a self-guided attraction, and other View Boston guests will be present throughout the experience.
• Spectators: Everyone entering View Boston must have a valid admission ticket.
• Photo/video: Personal photos and videos using handheld devices are encouraged. Professional photography equipment, tripods, lights, and similar equipment are not permitted without prior approval.
• Specific rules to follow:
  • All guests and personal belongings must pass through security screening.
  • Smoking is prohibited throughout the attraction, including the outdoor Cloud Terrace.
  • Re-entry is not permitted once the ticket has been scanned.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The experience includes both indoor and outdoor observation areas, allowing guests to enjoy indoor views even when outdoor conditions are less favorable.
• Arrival: Arrive with enough time to complete the required security screening before entering. Mobile tickets are accepted and do not need to be printed.
• Parking: Paid parking is available at the Prudential Center. Public transportation is also recommended, with access via the MBTA Green Line, Orange Line, Commuter Rail, and bus system.
• What to wear: There is no dress code. Comfortable clothing is recommended, and the indoor space is air-conditioned during warmer months.
• What to bring:
  • Bring a mobile or printed admission ticket.
  • Valid ID
  • Bags and backpacks must be no larger than 25" H × 17" W × 9" D.
  • Luggage, weapons, drones, fireworks, outside alcohol, and other prohibited items are not allowed.
  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
  • All belongings are subject to security screening.
• Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: Restrooms are available on all levels. Lockers and storage facilities are not available, so avoid bringing oversized or unnecessary belongings.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• Stratus rooftop bar is located on Level 51 and operates on a first-come, first-served basis; reservations are not available.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.
