Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: All age groups are welcome. Guests 21 and over are invited to enjoy a glass of wine.
• Health limitations: Some blends may contain common allergens such as cinnamon or hazelnut. Guests with sensitive skin are advised to test a small amount on the inner arm first, and pregnant guests should consult a doctor beforehand.
• Experience level: All levels are welcome. No prior fragrance experience is needed.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: All participants must pay to participate, children included.
• Individuals with disabilities: All studios have wheelchair-accessible entrances, and service animals are allowed. Restroom accessibility varies by location.
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Approximately 1 hour.
• What's included: A separated private bar for the session, a dedicated Scentologist, refreshments including wine, and a 50ml custom fragrance (2 scents) bottled fresh on site.
• Who will be present: A dedicated Scentologist will be with you throughout, and the bar is reserved just for your party of two.
• Photo/video: Photos and video are welcome; flash photography is not permitted.
• Specific rules to follow: Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the studio.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive on time. Guests arriving more than 20 minutes late will not be able to take part in the VIP experience and may instead be accommodated as a standard custom scent appointment, subject to availability.
• Parking: Street parking and nearby garages are available. Options vary by location.
• Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: Restroom access varies by location.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• VIP sessions are available Monday through Thursday.
• Custom scents are made as an Eau de Parfum, which typically lasts 6 to 10 hours on skin.
• Each blend is saved, so it can be reordered later.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for any other experience in our marketplace, free of charge, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
