Practical information

Any restrictions to participate?

Age: Participants must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license to drive and a minimum of 7 years old to ride as a passenger.
Health limitations: Pregnant women are welcome to participate, however, keep in mind these cars are small and the ride is inherently bumpy. It is recommended to consult with your doctor about any concerns.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: All passengers must be at least 7 years old. The experience provider does not provide car seats for children. If your child requires a booster seat you must bring it along on the tour. All riders must sign a standard participant agreement.
Languages: The audio for this tour is available in English.
Pets: This is a pet friendly experience.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 1 hour
What’s included: Your GoCar with GPS that will guide you, tell you stories and facts, crack jokes, and provide recommendations. You can explore at your pace and detour from the tour as you please to make stops for photos, coffee, lunch, or whatever else you may feel like!
Who will be present: The GoCars hold a maximum of 2 people. This is a self-guided, private tour just for your group.
Spectators: No additional passengers are allowed. All drivers and passengers must be registered under the rental agreement.
Photo / video / drones: Photos and video for personal use are allowed and you can bring your camera and GoPro, however you may need a permit to fly a drone in the Las Vegas area. If it’s for commercial use you may also need permits for some areas in the city.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: The experience will be running, rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather conditions, you will be able to reschedule your experience.
Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance. All participants must sign a standard participant agreement upon arrival.
Parking: Parking is available on site.
What to wear: Comfortable clothing appropriate for weather conditions.
What to bring: A valid driving license (international license is not necessary) and a credit card or cash for the security deposit
Restrooms: You may stop for restrooms at your convenience along the tour.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

On the day of rental, a security deposit will be held on your credit card until the GoCar is returned.
Renters will have the option to purchase Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) insurance on the day of rental.
Renters are free to extend the length of their tour on the day of rental. Additional rental time will be charged in 15-minute increments.
You don’t have to stay on route; you can go FREESTYLE if you want to, no problem. But the car only talks on the designated routes.
All vehicles are covered by a liability policy for the legal state minimums that provide 3rd parties around you with coverage in the event of an accident. Your rental agreement however, excludes our renters from accessing that policy. So you may be liable for damages or losses that occur during your rental. We offer you extra insurance options to manage your liability that your rental may incur such as a CDW and SLI. Ask our agents about these options when you arrive.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 7 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 7 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
