Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket/reservations

Specific rules to follow: This is a family friendly experience and as such, we do not allow smoking, guns, alcohol, tobacco, vapes, fireworks, or anything else that would jeopardize your safety or others.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: Rain or shine the experience will be running
Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance
Parking: There is limited street parking near the meeting point of the tour
What to wear: Good walking shoes and weather appropriate clothing
What to bring: Your appetite!
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: No changing rooms but we will stop for bathroom breaks

Starting at Lafayette Square opposite the White House, this tour delves into the rich history of our nation and the role donuts have played in it, as well as their current significance in DC's food culture. The first stop is a brief walk away at Astro Doughnuts and Chicken, where you'll savor freshly baked donuts. Next, stroll over to Palmer Alley, where an Italian bakery and cafe awaits with their delectable bomboloni. Capture the moment for your social media with an Instagram-worthy experience. The tour continues with a visit to Farmers and Distillers, where you'll relish more scrumptious donuts while learning intriguing facts about the establishment. Finally, the tour concludes at Toscana Market, where a renowned DC chef's heavenly donuts await. By the end, you'll have made new acquaintances, relished history and savored the best of DC's donuts. Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.

Enjoyed a great walking tour with tasty donut stops and some interesting history thrown in. Even our kids aged 2, 4, and 8 loved it - the older one had fun chatting with Chris. Donuts were delicious and varied at each stop, with small portions provided so we could try a variety without getting too full. Highly recommend this tour as a fun way to explore downtown.
