The service simplifies the choice for customers by exclusively offering multi-speed gravel bikes. While they don’t provide e-bikes, their reasoning is sound; downtown Austin's relatively flat terrain is perfect for these bikes, allowing riders to enjoy the sights and get some exercise. Designed for any urban adventure, these bikes come equipped with racks, water bottle cages, and easy-to-use shifters, making them ideal for city streets and lake trails alike. Experience level: All levels are welcome, however you should feel comfortable riding on the street with light traffic as well as groomed hike and bike trails.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: All children under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to rent a bike.
Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 2 hours
What’s included: Multi-speed gravel bike, helmet, bike lock, bike maps, adventuring advice, and roadside assistance.
Who will be present: Just the members of your group.
Spectators: No spectators are allowed.
Photo/ video: Photos are encouraged!
Specific rules to follow: The bike shop will go over all the rules at the time of pickup.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: Rentals run rain or shine.
Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance
Parking: Free street parking is available near the bike shop.
What to wear: Comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather and closed toed shoes are required.
What to bring:
- A valid ID (any state or country issued photo ID will do)
- Credit card with a name that matches the ID for the security deposit
- Bottle of water (bike has a water bottle holder)
- Backpack for your things and sunscreen
Restrooms: You may stop for bathroom breaks at your convenience.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 72 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 72 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
