Any restrictions to participate?

Age: All ages are welcome as long as they meet the height requirements.
Height: Participants must be at least 60" tall to operate e-bikes.
Health limitations: Not suitable for pregnant women or individuals unable to ride a bicycle.
Physical limitations: Must be able to ride a bicycle; the tour includes riding e-bikes.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: Children under 12 years but at least 48" tall can ride as a passenger without a ticket.
Pets: Pets are not allowed for safety reasons.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: Approximately 2 hours.
What’s included: Guided tour, e-bike rental, helmet, bottled water, exclusive member wristband for discounts, rider training.
Who will be present: A road captain will guide the tour.
Spectators: Only registered participants can join the e-bike tour.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: The tour operates in light rain (ponchos provided); severe weather may lead to cancellation with notification given to participants.
Arrival: Arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time for check-in and training. Late arrivals may forfeit their ticket.
Parking: Street parking available; arrive early to find parking.
What to wear: Comfortable clothing suitable for biking, closed-toe shoes mandatory.
What to bring:
- Camera or smartphone for photos.
- Sunscreen on sunny days.
- Appropriate weather gear (poncho, jacket) depending on the weather.
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Not available; plan accordingly.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
