This 2-hour action-packed session includes our thrilling Aerial Challenge Course, a heart-racing Freefall experience, and a competitive Climbing Wall, designed to test the skills of any aspiring ninja. Navigate through 18 challenge elements that will have you climbing, swinging, and jumping with the precision of a game show contestant. Scale the heights of our climbing wall to demonstrate your climbing prowess or take the leap with our exhilarating freefall to really feel the rush. Your expert guides are there to provide safety and encouragement, ensuring a fun and secure environment for all participants.

• Age: 6+
• Weight: Participants must weigh between 40 lbs - 275 lbs.
• Height: Minimum Height for Adventure Tower: Participants must be 4'6" to independently navigate the course. Shorter participants (at least 6 years old) may participate with adult assistance.
• Health limitations: Not recommended for those with preexisting injuries, back, neck, or heart issues.
• Physical limitations: Must be able to engage in moderate physical activities such as climbing and swinging.
• Experience level: Suitable for all levels; no prior experience required.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 2 hours
• What’s included: Access to Aerial Challenge Course, Freefall, Climbing Wall, and professional guidance.
• Who will be present: Trained guides will accompany participants throughout the activities.
• Spectators: Spectators are not allowed; all attendees must be participants.
• Photo/ video: Participants are encouraged to bring cameras and take photos; however, equipment must be secured properly during activities.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will proceed unless conditions are deemed hazardous.
• Arrival: Arrive 15-30 minutes before your scheduled time to complete check-in processes.
• What to wear: Secure, closed-toed shoes are required; athletic shoes are recommended.
• What to bring:
  • Essential items like sunscreen, sunglasses, bug spray, and water.
  • Cameras for capturing moments.
  • A light cover-up depending on weather conditions.
  • Cash or credit card for gratuities (not included in the price).

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• Ensure you fill out and sign the waiver online beforehand to streamline your check-in process.
• This adventure involves high physical activity and may not be suitable for everyone. Consult your doctor if you have health concerns.
• Personal belongings should be stored in lockers available on-site to avoid loss or damage.
• If you arrive late, you may forfeit your experience without a refund.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
