Any restrictions to participate?

Age: 6+
Weight: Minimum Weight: 60 lbs. Maximum Weight: 275 lbs. Children 40-60 lbs can tandem with a guide.
Health limitations: Not recommended for participants with pre-existing injuries, back, neck, or heart issues.
Experience level: Suitable for beginners and experienced zipliners alike.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: All participants, including children, must purchase a ticket.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 1 hour.
What’s included: Three exhilarating zip lines ranging from 300 to 1000 feet long, through the starlit night.
Who will be present: Trained guides will be with you at all times during the adventure.
Photo/ video: Guests are welcome to bring cameras to capture their adventure.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: The experience operates in all weather conditions, with sheltered platforms minimizing exposure to the elements.
Arrival: Guests are advised to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the start time.
Parking: Available at the site. Check the physical address on your GPS before heading out to ensure correct directions to "Coral Crater Adventure Park".
What to wear: Closed-toed shoes are required; athletic shoes are recommended.
What to bring:
- Sunscreen and sunglasses for protection prior to nightfall.
- A light cover-up.
- Water to stay hydrated.
- Cash or credit card for gratuities (not included).

Store any unnecessary items in lockers provided at the check-in to prevent loss or damage.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
