  • Age: All age groups are welcome

Who can you accommodate for?

  • Children: Recommended for children at least 3 years of age. Children under a certain age may require adult supervision depending on theatre policies and the movie's rating.
  • Individuals with disabilities: Most AMC Theatres are designed to be wheelchair accessible, offering features such as ramps, designated seating areas for wheelchair users, and accessible restrooms. However, accessibility features may vary from one location to another based on factors such as the age and design of the theatre building, local building codes, and renovations that may have been carried out. It's always a good idea to check with the specific AMC Theatres location you plan to visit to confirm their accessibility features and any accommodations they may offer for patrons with disabilities. Service animals are allowed. 
  • Pets: Pets are not allowed in AMC Theatres.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • Duration: Plan to spend approximately 3 hours at the theatre for a typical movie experience. The exact time will vary depending on the movie screening. 
  • What’s included: Movie ticket for AMC Theatres.
    • Optional to add popcorn and regular fountain drink package for an added fee.
    • Vouchers must be redeemed through Giftory to receive your AMC Theatres tickets via email.
  • Who will be present: You will be joined by other patrons in the movie theatre. Theatre capacities vary from 50-500 seats, but are most commonly 50-100 seats. 
  • Photo/ video: AMC Theatres generally prohibit the use of cameras and recording devices, including photography, during movie screenings.
  • Specific rules to follow: No outside food or drink. Cell phones must be silenced, and seat arrangements followed.

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience.
  • Arrival: Plan to arrive 15-30 minutes in advance.
  • Parking: Parking is available onsite.
  • What to bring: Your tickets, identification, and a light jacket or sweater.
  • Restrooms: Restrooms are available at all AMC Theatres locations.

  • Before going to the theater, you must redeem your voucher through Giftory to receive your AMC Theatres tickets via email.
  • Tickets exclude opening night fan events, double features, marathon events, alternative content, certain foreign language titles and special theatrical presentations. Subject to surcharge for 3D, premium large screen format (e.g., IMAX®, Dolby®, AMC Prime®), film festivals, and premium services; location services may also apply at select locations, including Disney and Universal properties operated by AMC Theatres.

The movie theatre tickets will be covered, but please note that you will be responsible for the payment of a small convenience fee and taxes (at some locations).

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked.
