Any restrictions to participate?

Age: All age groups are welcome
Weight: Maximum weight 300 pounds per passenger, passengers over 250 pounds must purchase an additional seat
Health limitations: It's recommended that pregnant women check with the healthcare provider if flying is allowed.
Physical limitations: Passengers with mobility issues must be able to transfer from their wheelchair to the helicopter seat and sit with legs bent. For passengers under 150 lbs, staff can provide assistance and ensure the wheelchair is safely transported to and from the heliport. Passengers over 150 lbs must be able to transfer independently or have someone accompany them to assist with boarding. Please notify the team of any mobility concerns in advance by contacting via email

Children: All participants must pay to participate, children included
Individuals with disabilities: Heliport and aircraft are accessible, service animals are allowed only in Heliport, not in aircraft.
Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 18-20 minutes of flight time, tour may go slightly longer depending on airspace restrictions and weather conditions
What’s included: Helicopter flight over Manhattan, Statue of Liberty, and other NYC landmarks
Who will be present: A professional pilot will be with you at all times; other guests may be joining, total of up to 6 passengers per helicopter
Photo/ video: Personal photos and videos are allowed

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: Flight routes may be adjusted or rescheduled due to weather, safety, or airspace restrictions
Arrival: Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time
Parking: Parking available near Downtown Manhattan Heliport
What to wear: Comfortable clothing suitable for helicopter flight
What to bring:
- All passengers 18 years of age and older must present a government-issued photo ID.
- Purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft due to limited space.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience. Flights are subject to cancellation due to lack of passenger demand, weather, etc.
