Weight: Maximum weight 250 lbs (113 kg) per person.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: Children under 2 years old fly at no cost if they can safely fit on a parent's lap. Children 18 years and under must be accompanied by an adult or have parental consent.
Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 30-45 Minutes. The tour may go slightly longer based on participant engagement.
What’s included:

- $35 Airport Processing Fee per person included in the package price
Who will be present: You will have a pilot with you at all times; other guests may join the tour. Shared flights require a minimum of 4 passengers to operate and may include up to 6 total passengers.
Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket/reservation.
Photo/video: Photos are encouraged! You may take your own photos.
Specific rules to follow: Follow the pilot's instructions. Samsung Galaxy Note 7 phones are not allowed on helicopter flights.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to weather or helicopter maintenance, participants will be offered an alternative date.
Arrival: Plan to arrive in advance. Tours depart and arrive at Westchester County Airport in White Plains.
Parking: Free parking available at Westchester County Airport.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

Routes are subject to change based on weather, air traffic control, and temporary flight restrictions.
The experience is not a private tour and more than 3 passengers are not guaranteed to fly together.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
