Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: Minimum age is 15 years old.
• Weight: Maximum weight limit is 275 pounds.
• Height: Riders should be between 5' and 6'5".
• Physical limitations: Participants must be able to ride an electric bike in an urban environment, occasionally alongside auto traffic. Riders with balance or coordination issues should not book this tour.
• Experience level: This experience is not recommended for beginners. Riders should be comfortable with street riding in moderate traffic.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: All participants must pay to participate. This is not an experience for children under 15 years old.
• Individuals with disabilities: Not wheelchair accessible.
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Approximately 2-3 hours, depending on group size and average riding speed.
• What’s included: A licensed professional tour guide, helmet (optional for riders 18+), electric bike with a bell and handlebar bag, bottled water, and a poncho on rainy days.
• Who will be present: A guide will be present at all times. The group size is limited to a maximum of 12 participants.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed; everyone must have a ticket/reservation.
• Photo/Video: You may take your own photos at designated stops.
• Specific rules to follow: No smoking allowed. Riders must follow the guide’s instructions for safety.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Electric bike tours only operate in dry weather. If the weather is too bad, the tour may be rescheduled, delayed, or refunded.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes before the tour start time.
• Parking: Please plan accordingly for parking.
• What to wear: Dress for the weather. Closed-toe shoes are recommended. Flip-flops, sandals, and high heels are not recommended.
• What to bring:
  • Cash for refreshments (some vendors do not accept cards).
  • Phones and electronics are allowed.
• Restrooms/Lockers/Changing rooms: Restrooms are available at the meeting location.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• Riders must sign a release, waiver, indemnification agreement, and statement of assumption of risk before the tour begins.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
