Expect to cruise down mellow streets, take plenty of photo stops, and soak in the atmosphere of New Orleans from a whole new perspective. Whether you're a solo traveler, part of a family, or a first-time visitor, this tour is designed to provide an immersive and enjoyable experience. Just make sure you're comfortable with urban biking because it’s all about riding alongside the city’s auto traffic in some areas. Any restrictions to participate?

  • Age: Minimum age is 12 years old.
  • Weight: Maximum weight limit is 350 pounds.
  • Physical limitations: Riders must be physically capable of riding a bike confidently in an urban setting. Those with balance, coordination issues, or poor riding ability should not participate.
  • Experience level: This experience is not recommended for beginners. Riders should be comfortable with street riding alongside auto traffic.

Who can you accommodate for?

  • Children: This is not an experience for children under 12.
  • Individuals with disabilities: Not wheelchair accessible.
  • Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • Duration: Approximately 2-3 hours, depending on group size and average riding speed.
  • What’s included: A licensed professional tour guide, helmet, bike with a bell and handlebar bag, bottled water, and a poncho for rainy days.
  • Who will be present: You will have a guide with you at all times. The group size is a maximum of 12 participants.
  • Spectators: No spectators are allowed; everyone must have a ticket/reservation.
  • Photo/Video: You are encouraged to take your own photos at designated stops.
  • Specific rules to follow: Smoking is not allowed. Riders must be able to follow the guide’s instructions for safety.

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: The tour runs rain or shine, except in severe weather. Ponchos are provided for light rain.
  • Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance. Late arrivals may not be able to participate, and refunds are not provided.
  • Parking: Please plan ahead for parking.
  • What to wear: Dress for the weather. Closed-toe shoes, a hat, and sunscreen are recommended. Flip-flops, sandals, and high heels are not recommended.
  • What to bring:
    • Cash for refreshments (some vendors do not accept cards).
    • Phones and electronics are allowed.
  • Restrooms/Lockers/Changing rooms: Restrooms are available at the meeting location.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

  • All riders must sign a release, waiver, indemnification agreement, and statement of assumption of risk before the tour begins.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
