The official manatee season spans from November 15th to March 31st, during which the number of manatees in the area peaks as they seek refuge from the cold ocean currents in the warmer river waters. However, the warmer months also promise memorable encounters, thanks to a robust resident population of manatees that make their home in the bay. What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 2 Hours.
• What’s included: Guided tour by knowledgeable captains, sighting of manatees in their natural habitat, and ride on a comfortable boat.
• Who will be present: You will be accompanied by a captain throughout the tour; the boat can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 participants.
• Photo/ video: You are encouraged to take your own photos to capture the memorable moments of your tour.

How to prepare?

• What to wear: Comfortable outdoor attire suitable for a boat ride.
• What to bring: Polarized sunglasses to enhance your viewing experience, preferred snacks and drinks (water is provided).

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
