• Health limitations: Children ages 6 and under must wear a Personal Flotation Device (PFD) at all times on board.
• Experience level: All levels are welcome.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 3 Hours.
• What’s included: A guided swim tour where you can swim alongside manatees, complete with wetsuits, snorkels, masks, bottled water, and hot chocolate on a heated boat.
• Who will be present: A guide will accompany you throughout the tour to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. The boat can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 participants.
• Photo/ video: Bring polarized glasses to enhance your ability to see manatees in the water and capture memorable moments.

How to prepare?

• Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your tour time.
• What to wear: Swimsuits under the provided wetsuits.
• What to bring: Towels for drying off after the swim and polarized glasses for better visibility of manatees in the water.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
