  • Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • Duration: 2 hours
  • What’s included:
    • A dynamic Central Park bike tour combined with yoga sessions.
    • In-depth insights into the park's history and the significance of key landmarks.
    • Guided yoga stretches and breathing exercises to enhance your park experience.
    • A unique opportunity to explore Central Park with a local perspective, not just as a typical tourist. Please note that this is not a leisurely ride through the park; it's an engaging and active experience.
  • Who will be present: You will have a guide with you at all times; also, other guests may be joining (up to 15 people).
  • Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket/reservations.
  • Photo/ video: You may take your own photos.

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running. If conditions are not to your liking, you can reschedule to another run that has space available. In the event of dangerous weather (thunderstorms with lightning, extreme heat or cold, etc.) the provider will cancel the tour and reschedule you.
  • Arrival: Plan to arrive 10 minutes in advance.
  • Parking: It is strongly suggested not to drive to the meeting location, as parking is extremely difficult to find on the streets of NYC, and parking lots in midtown are extremely expensive. The best options to reach the meeting spots on time are either taxi, bus, or subway. All of the meeting spots are easily accessible by mass transit.
  • What to wear: Athletic clothing and good walking shoes
  • What to bring: A water bottle
  • Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: There is no bag storage, so come dressed and ready to move! However, the guides wear backpacks and have room to carry small items like keys and phones — just ask during check-in.

We'll start your morning off right with a 2-hour bike tour through the park's most iconic locations, including the Mall, the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir, Bethesda Terrace, and Strawberry Fields.

Led by an experienced and knowledgeable guide, you'll learn all about the history and cultural significance of each stop along the way, while enjoying the fresh air and beautiful views of Central Park. But that's not all – at each stop, we'll also lead you through yoga-based stretches and breathing techniques designed to enhance your overall park experience and leave you feeling rejuvenated and energized.

Please note that this is not a leisurely bike ride through the park – we'll be moving at a decent pace in order to fit everything in and finish on time. But don't worry, our guide will make sure to accommodate all skill levels and ensure everyone stays safe and comfortable throughout the tour.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
