Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: This is not an experience for children.
• Individuals with disabilities: The ship, although built prior to the A.D.A., is wheelchair accessible to 80% of the public deck space. Boarding the vessel usually requires assistance from a crew member as wakes from ferry boats and tidal change can create challenging conditions. There is a large main deck with restrooms on the same level. Bathrooms cannot be entered whilst in a wheelchair, but you may transfer from chair to bathroom as there are grab bars inside. Unfortunately, the ship cannot accommodate larger electric scooters and wheelchairs.
• Dietary restrictions: Champagne cocktails available, but no specific dietary accommodations are guaranteed.
• Pets: Small dogs who are happy to sit on leash and on laps are welcome on board, with advance notice. Please make a note at the time of booking if you would like to bring your dog.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Approximately 2 hours
• What’s included: City Lights Sail plus Cocktail Flight, which includes a selection of 3 cocktails (6 oz pours).
• Who will be present: You will be onboard with the crew and up to 134 passengers.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket/reservations.
• Photo/ video: Photos are encouraged!

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This experience is weather dependent.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to the departure time.
• Parking: Public transportation or car share is encouraged, but public and private parking is available near the experience meeting point.
• What to wear: Weather appropriate clothing. Layers are recommended.
• What to bring:
  • Valid Photo ID
  • Any food you’d like (limited food available for purchase on board)
  • Strollers are allowed on board
  • No bikes allowed
  • All vouchers purchased after February 1, 2026 include a 5% gratuity for the amazing crew members. Vouchers purchased before February 1st do not include gratuity; however, cash tips are welcome.
• Restrooms: Available on main level of boat. You might hear them referred to as “the head,” which is what they’re called on a boat!

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked. Once booked, reservations can be rescheduled with the following parameters: 1.) No fee reschedules will be granted up to 1 week prior to the departure date. 2.) Between 1 week and 72 hours prior to departure date, reschedules will be charged a per-ticket fee of $15. Rescheduling or cancellation within 72 hours of departure time will result in forfeiture of ticket and all paid value associated with reservation
