Who can you accommodate for?

Children: Free for children under 4 years old, with advance notice to the partner. If we do not have them included on our manifest, your full group will not be able to sail.
Individuals with disabilities: These boats are accessible to all! Please contact the partner in advance with any concerns.
Pets: Small dogs who are happy to sit on leash & on laps are welcome on board, with advance notice.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 1 hour and 30 minutes
What’s included: Admission to the experience with a welcome cocktail. Drinks available for purchase.
Who will be present: You will have a captain, boat crew and up to 48 other participants on board.
Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket/reservations.
Photo/ video: Photos are encouraged!

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: This experience is weather dependent.
Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance
Parking: Public transportation or car share is encouraged, but public and private parking is available near the experience meeting point.
What to wear: Weather appropriate clothing.
What to bring:
- Photo ID
- Any food you’d like (limited food available for purchase on board)
- Strollers are allowed on board
- No bikes allowed
- Gratuity for the crew
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: There are restrooms on the boat.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
