• Dietary restrictions: Food is not included with this ticket. For those upgrading to meal-inclusive packages, gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options can be recommended, though separate meals cannot be prepared.
• Pets: Only service animals are permitted.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Cruises operate rain or shine. In the event of severe weather or river conditions, a dockside event may be arranged.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before boarding. Morning boarding begins at 11:00 AM for an 11:30 AM departure. Afternoon boarding begins at 2:00 PM for a 2:30 PM departure. Cruises leave promptly.
• Parking: Parking is not included. Public and private lots are available nearby.
• What to wear: Dressy casual attire is recommended, though guests are welcome to dress up further. Comfortable shoes are suggested.
• What to bring:

  • Weather-appropriate clothing (hat, sunscreen, or jacket depending on the season)
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms are available on board. No lockers or changing rooms provided.

• The New Orleans Steamboat Company reserves the right to substitute a similar vessel if necessary.
