Age: All age groups welcome. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: Children under 5 years old can join for free. Strollers are allowed but must be folded for elevator and escalator access.
Individuals with disabilities: Edge is accessible for persons with disabilities, offering elevators and ramps.
Pets: Only service animals are permitted.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: There is no time limit for the visit. The journey to Edge can take 30-60 minutes, and visitors can stay as long as they like.
What’s included: Tickets include 360° views from the indoor deck, access to the highest outdoor sky deck in the Western Hemisphere, Glass Floor, Angled Glass Walls, Skyline Seats, Eastern Point, and a free digital souvenir photo.
Who will be present: Staff and other Edge participants.
Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket/reservations.
Photo/ video: Photography for private use is allowed with hand-held devices. Professional equipment, video cameras, recording devices, tripods, and lights are not permitted.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience. Edge is open regardless of weather, but outdoor areas may close in inclement weather. The Sky Assurance Weather Guarantee offers options in case of bad weather.
Arrival: Plan to arrive a few minutes in advance
Parking: Public transportation or car share is recommended, however, there is private and public parking nearby.
What to wear: Visitors should dress for the weather as the outdoor deck is open to the elements.
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms are available.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 15 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked.
