What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: The adventure lasts for about 2 hours.
• What’s included: Your experience includes a private tour with a sidecar operator/guide, an exclusive visit to Wolff Vineyards, four wine tastings, and a special discount on wine bottle purchases during the tour.
• Who will be present: Guided by a dedicated sidecar operator, this intimate tour caters to up to 2 people, making it perfect for couples.
• Specific rules to follow: A 20% discount on wine bottles is provided, increasing to 30% for wine club members. Gratuity for your guide is not included but greatly appreciated.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The tour is planned to proceed rain or shine. We prioritize safety and comfort in all weather conditions.
• Arrival: Aim to arrive 10-15 minutes early to keep to the scheduled start time.
• Parking: Details on parking will be provided upon booking confirmation.
• What to wear: Dress comfortably for the weather, keeping in mind the outdoor and sidecar aspects of the tour.
• What to bring: Be sure to have your ID for wine tasting. Cameras are welcome to capture the scenic vineyard.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• Late arrivals by more than 15 minutes may require rescheduling, incurring a $50 fee. To avoid this, reschedule at least 72 hours in advance.
• In case of severe weather impacting the safety of the tour, the experience may be rescheduled. If the new date is not suitable, a refund will be offered via a digital gift card.
• For guests from outside the state or country, proof of travel is needed for a full refund in case of cancellation.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 72 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 72 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
