What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 90 minutes.
What’s included: A bottle of wine with a charcuterie/cheese board, an exclusive vineyard tour by sidecar, private picnic setup, and a dedicated sidecar operator/guide.
Who will be present: You will have a guide with you at all times; as well as up to 10 total participants.
Photo/ video: Feel free to capture the moments with your camera or phone; the stunning sunset views are not to be missed!
Specific rules to follow: A 20% gratuity will be automatically added to all reservations. Intoxicated participants will be denied participation with a $50 rescheduling fee applied.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: The tour operates rain or shine, with safety precautions for less than sunny days.
Arrival: Aim to arrive 10-15 minutes early to ensure a prompt start.
Parking: Information will be provided upon reservation confirmation.
What to wear: Comfortable attire suited for an evening outdoor adventure.
What to bring: Your ID, a camera or phone for photos, and a warm layer for the evening chill.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

Late arrivals over 15 minutes may lead to rescheduling with a $50 fee. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid this fee.
In case of severe weather, we may postpone the tour, offering a reschedule or a refund via a digital gift card. For those traveling from afar, proof of travel is required for a full refund.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 72 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 72 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
