Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: Ages 4 and up
• Weight: Minimum weight 35lbs - Max 330lbs
• Health limitations: Do not participate if you have any injuries to back, neck, shoulder, arm, or broken bones or if you have heart problems.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 2 hours
• What’s included: All safety equipment, instruction and open access to all the climbing walls for 3 climbers (1 of these climbers must be an adult).
• Who will be present: The climbing instructors and other climbing participants.
• Spectators: Only individuals climbing are required to pay. Guardians that are not climbing can access the arena free of charge to supervise their children. Children must be supervised at all times, as staff are there only to offer a helping hand and to support and monitor safety.
• Photo/ video: Photography is allowed and encouraged.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 20 minutes in advance.
• Parking: You can park at the location.
• What to wear: Something comfortable and easy to move in, is always recommended. We also insist that long hair is tied back and that your pockets are free of any jewelry, watches, phones, coins, and keychains. High heels and open-toed shoes are not permitted while using the attractions.
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms and changing rooms are available.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• There is a waiver that must be signed for both adults and children by someone over 18 before partaking in this experience.
• Safety is a top priority, from the equipment we use to the training of our staff. Our automatic belay devices support climbers weighing between 35lbs and 330lbs, while our innovative clipping system ensures proper attachment at all times. All sessions begin with a safety and equipment briefing, and our staff is trained in rescue procedures. Remember, always clip in before climbing.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
