What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 30 minutes.
• What’s included: The tour includes a speedboat ride with photo opportunities at the Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn Bridge, and Manhattan skyline.
• Who will be present: A captain will be with you at all times; other guests may be joining, with a maximum of 12 participants on the boat.
• Photo/ video: You may take your own photos; photos are encouraged.
• Specific rules to follow: You need to follow the captain’s rules; no smoking allowed.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance.
• What to wear: Dress warmly in colder weather and bring sunglasses to shield your eyes from the wind.
• What to bring: Valid photo ID and the credit card used for booking; personal belongings should be minimized as space is limited.
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: No restrooms, lockers, or changing rooms available on the boat.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• Boats depart on time. No refund will be issued for customers who do not show up for their scheduled departure.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
