There's nothing so delicious as fresh pasta, made from scratch, and in this immersive cooking class, you'll escape to Italy for an evening to master this culinary art. Under the guidance of your Chef Instructor, you'll learn to make beautiful Pappardelle or Fettuccine pasta, starting with making the dough from scratch and then rolling and shaping it into picture-perfect pasta. Your chef will also demonstrate the creation of a classic Cacio e Pepe pan sauce, with some help from the audience. Once your pasta is cooked to al dente perfection, you'll serve it with the flavorful sauce and enjoy a delicious meal in a fun and lively atmosphere. The highlight of the evening will be digging into your homemade pasta, surrounded by fellow classmates and newfound foodie friends.

Duration: This class is approximately 2 hours long.
What’s included: All instruction, equipment and ingredients needed.
Who will be present: You will have a teacher with you at all times; also, other guests may be joining (from 8 to 26 people).
Spectators: Everyone must have a ticket/reservations.
Photo/ video: Photography is allowed and encouraged.

What should I expect on the day of the class?

Arrive a few minutes early to check in with the chef instructor using the ticket holder’s name. No need to bring a printed confirmation. The class will typically start with an introduction and a brief overview of the recipes you'll be preparing. Ingredients and cooking stations will be provided, and the chef will guide you through each step. After cooking, you'll enjoy the delicious meal you've created.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly.
