This one-hour session provides a genuine experience with a New York City graffiti artist who will guide you through the various techniques of aerosol art. From basic fill-ins to more intricate forms, participants of all ages and skill levels will have the opportunity to engage directly with this often misunderstood art form in a relaxed and encouraging setting.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 1 Hour
• What’s included: Professional instruction by a NYC graffiti artist, all necessary materials such as paint, canvas, and gloves, and the opportunity to take your artwork home.
• Who will be present: A professional graffiti artist will guide the session. Group sizes may vary based on bookings.
• Photo/ video: Participants are encouraged to take photos of their artwork and the experience.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The workshop is held indoors and is not weather-dependent.
• Arrival: Participants must arrive 10 minutes before their experience start time for check-in.
  • The closest subway stop for easy access to the workshop location is the Montrose L Train stop.
  • Late arrivals may incur a rescheduling fee.
• What to wear: Wear casual clothes that you wouldn’t mind getting paint on. Paint can come off, but less formal or valuable clothing is advised.
• What to bring:
  • A tote bag or backpack to carry your artwork home.
  • Any personal snacks or beverages you might need during the workshop.
  • Optional gratuities for the artist are appreciated.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• Be prepared to wait about 15 minutes after the workshop ends to allow your artwork to dry sufficiently before packing it up.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
