Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: Children ages 13+ are welcome to attend with an accompanying parent/guardian. Each attendee, including children, will need to purchase individual tickets.
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 2 hours
• What’s included:

  • Expert guidance, including scent sampling and formulation assistance.
  • Access to our extensive library of 130+ botanical aromatics.
  • All raw materials and supplies for creating your 15ml one-of-a-kind signature fragrance.
• Who will be present: You will have an instructor with you at all times; also, other guests may be joining.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket/reservations.
• Photo/ video: You may take your own photos.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive at least 10 minutes in advance.
• Parking: There is no designated parking lot, only street parking. It is recommended to arrive early to allow time for finding a parking spot!
  • The closest subway stop is the Greenpoint Avenue G station. Alternatively, you can take the NYC ferry and hop off at the Greenpoint stop along the East River route.
• What to bring: You don't need to bring anything as all materials and supplies are included. Just bring yourself and an adventurous spirit!
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms will be available on site.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 1 week before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 1 week in advance means losing the value of your experience.
