Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: Drivers must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license. Minimum age for passengers is 6 years old. Each vehicle must include at least one eligible driver.
• Weight: Maximum 250 lbs per person; combined weight limit of 400 lbs for two people in the same vehicle
• Height: Maximum height of 6'3" when riding with a passenger
• Physical limitations: Must be able to sit and operate the vehicle comfortably; no strenuous activity required
• Experience level: No experience needed; all levels are welcome

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: All participants must pay to participate, children included.
• Individuals with disabilities: This experience is not wheelchair accessible.
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 2.5 hours
• What’s included: Use of a three-wheeled Scoot, helmet, bottled water, professional guide, LA history and fun facts, and admission to either Travel Town Train Ride or the Griffith Park Merry-Go-Round (attractions subject to availability).
• Who will be present: A professional guide will accompany the group at all times. Tours may include other participants, with multiple Scoots traveling together.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed; everyone must have a reservation.
• Photo/ video: Guests are encouraged to take photos. Guides are happy to assist with taking pictures during stops.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will run.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
• Parking: Free parking is available at the starting location.
• What to wear: Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended.
• What to bring: Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a valid driver’s license (for all drivers). Phones and cameras are welcome. No large bags or loose items during the ride.
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restroom breaks are scheduled during the tour. No lockers or changing rooms available.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• Each Scoot must have at least one licensed driver.
• Attractions visited are subject to availability and may be closed due to events or external circumstances.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.
