What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 2 hours
What’s included: All equipment and ingredients and instruction are included.
Who will be present: You will have a master chef teaching you, as well as additional class participants. Minimum 8 and maximum 20 participants. Please note the class can be canceled if the minimum participant requirement is not met.
Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must participate.
Photo/ video: You are welcome to take your own photos and videos during the class.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience.
Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance.
Parking: Guests may park anywhere around the venue.
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: There are bathrooms available.
Anything else I should know before going on this experience?Outside drinks are not allowed. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price.

No prior experience is needed, as all equipment and ingredients are provided, easily accessible at local markets if not already in your kitchen. This casual and enjoyable experience is perfect for both cooking enthusiasts eager to be involved in every step and first-timers looking to observe, assist, or simply indulge in taste testing. Gain valuable insights into sourcing fresh, seasonal ingredients and specialty spices, ensuring you can recreate the perfect Italian date night at home.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly.
