• Age: Drivers must be 25 years or older with a valid driver’s license. Minimum age to participate is 6 years old.
• Weight: Maximum weight per jet ski is 425 lbs.
• Health limitations: Not for pregnant women or individuals with specific medical conditions.
• Experience level: All levels are welcome.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: All participants must be included in the reservation, including children.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 90 minutes.
• What’s included: Jet ski ride, a chance to explore Hilton Head’s waterways and wildlife, including dolphin sightings.
• Who will be present: Staff will be available to assist; other guests may be joining the tour.
• Spectators: No spectators allowed; all participants must have a reservation.
• Photo/ video: Personal photos are encouraged.
• Specific rules to follow: No smoking allowed.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The experience runs rain or shine.
• Arrival: Arrive 30 minutes in advance. No refunds for late arrivals.
• Parking: Available at Palmetto Bay Marina.
• What to wear: Wear clothing suitable for getting wet.
• What to bring:
  • Valid driver’s license for drivers.
  • Sunglasses, hats, and other personal items for comfort.
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: No changing rooms; plan accordingly.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
