Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: Participants must be at least 5 years old. Single kayaks are available for those 14 years and older.
• Weight: Maximum weight limit for single or tandem kayaks is 400 lbs.
• Experience level: All levels are welcome.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: All participants, including children, must be signed up at the time of reservation.
• Individuals with disabilities: Not wheelchair accessible.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 1.5 hours.
• What’s included: Experienced guide/naturalist, coffee, tea, or hot chocolate, and kayak rental.
• Who will be present: A guide will accompany you throughout the experience. Other participants may join.
• Spectators: No spectators allowed; all participants must have a reservation.
• Photo/video: Feel free to take your own photos during the tour.
• Specific rules to follow: Not allowed to smoke.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The tour will run rain or shine.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance. Late arrivals are not refunded.
  • The meeting spot is at Palmetto Bay Marina, in the same building as Black Marlin Restaurant on the far left side.
• Parking: Parking is available at Palmetto Bay Marina.
• What to wear: Dress for the weather. Beach or sporty attire is recommended.
• What to bring:
  • Sunglasses, snacks, drinks, and hats for comfort.
  • Phones and electronics are allowed.
  • No restrictions on personal belongings are mentioned.
• Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: No changing rooms, but restroom breaks are available.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
