What to expect on the day of the experience?

• What’s included: Water, equipment, paddling lesson, guide, access to immersive and interactive installations.
• Who will be present: Experienced guides and a limited number of guests based on the admission capacity.
• Photo/video: Visitors are allowed to take photos; Hopscotch reserves the right to use photographs taken by visitors.
• Specific rules to follow: No outside food or beverages, bags may be searched, and certain items like tripods and professional video equipment are prohibited without approval.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience.
• Arrival: Please arrive at your scheduled ticket time slot.
• Parking: Discounted parking is available in the Travis Park Plaza Garage. Present your parking ticket for validation.
• What to wear: If entering the LED Ball Pit, socks are required. Socks are available for purchase.
• What to bring:
  • Socks for the LED Ball Pit.
  • A valid ID for anyone 21+ wishing to purchase alcoholic beverages.
  • A signed waiver, available via a link in your confirmation email.
  • What NOT to Bring: Outside food or beverage, tripods without approval, costumes that obscure the face or are insensitive, and prohibited items such as weapons.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• Hopscotch is a cashless venue; all purchases must be made with a credit or debit card.
• Exhibits may use strong lighting and loud sounds; some installations may be closed for maintenance.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
