• Children: All participants must pay to participate, children included.
• Individuals with disabilities: This experience is not wheelchair accessible due to the nature of the activity.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Approximately 1 hour on the boat with 10-12 minutes of flight time. The tour may go slightly longer based on participant engagement throughout the experience.
• What’s included: Parasail flight, boat ride, and safety equipment. Enjoy tropical music and commentary from the crew as you cruise out to the parasailing area.
• Who will be present: You will have a captain and crew with you at all times. The boat can host up to 12 passengers.
• Photo/ video: You may take your own photos and videos during the experience. Professional photos may be available for purchase.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running. However, flights may be rescheduled or canceled in severe weather conditions.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 45 minutes in advance to complete check-in procedures, including presenting a photo ID and the credit card used for booking.
• Parking: City parking is available near the departure point at approximately $3-4 per hour.
• What to wear: Wear swimwear or comfortable clothing suitable for a boat ride. Sunscreen and sunglasses are recommended.
• What to bring:

  • Phones and cameras are allowed for photos.
  • No outside food or alcohol permitted.
• Restrooms: Restrooms are available at the departure point.

• Solo, tandem, or triple flights will be determined on-site based on weight distribution and weather conditions for the safety of all participants.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
