Any restrictions to participate?

Age: Participants must be at least 6 years old. Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Weight: To Parasail there is a minimum combined weight of 150 pounds and a maximum combined of 450 pounds.
Health limitations: No heart problems or other serious medical conditions.
Physical limitations: Pregnant women cannot participate.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: Children must be at least 6 years old to participate in this adventure, and at least 16 years old with a valid driver’s license to drive a jet ski.
Pets: Sorry, all pets must stay home!
Individuals with disabilities: Unfortunately, the boat is not wheelchair accessible.
Dietary restrictions: If you are a vegetarian, please let your experience provider know in advance of the tour and they will include vegetarian options for your breakfast. If you are lactose intolerant, have a gluten, nut or any other food allergy, it is recommended to bring your own food for the day.
Language: All participants must be able to speak and understand English in order to receive proper safety instructions.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

What’s included:
- Jet skiing, parasailing, banana boating, and jumping on the water trampoline
- Freshly prepared buffet-style breakfast. Sample menu includes egg frittatas and assorted muffins with juice, soft drinks and water.
- Complimentary soft drinks and filtered water throughout the adventure
Who will be present: Your captain, crew, and up to 24 participants.
Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone onboard must have a reservation.
Photo/ video: You are encouraged to take photos of your experience!
Specific rules to follow: Must be at least 21 years old and present a valid ID to consume alcoholic beverages. Guests cannot participate if under the influence of alcohol, pregnant, or unable to understand and speak English. Participants are responsible for any damage incurred to the jet ski during the tour at a rate of $100 per inch of repair.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: This experience is weather dependent. In the event of inclement weather your captain will contact you regarding a cancellation. If you have any questions regarding weather, please call your experience provider directly.
Arrival: Plan on arriving at least 30 minutes prior to your start time and 45 minutes prior if you need to complete the Florida Safe Boaters Test to drive the jet ski. If driving from Miami, please allow yourself a minimum of 5 hours. Please keep in mind there is one road in and out.
Parking: There is no parking at the meeting location but you may unload passengers in front of the office and proceed to the lot on Greene Street. The most convenient city parking lot is at Margaret and Caroline Street with pay machines located in the center of the lot. Also, there are parking spots on Caroline or Elizabeth Streets with pay machines.
What to wear: It is easiest to wear your swimsuit to the experience. There aren’t any changing facilities at the office. However If you do need to change after boarding, there is a very small changing area in the head of the boat.
What to bring:
- A towel, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, swim suit, camera and love of adventure.
- Valid, government issued photo ID.
- Gratuity for the crew is customary and greatly appreciated. A suggested amount is $20-$30 per person.
Jet Ski Participation Requirements: Anyone 16 years old and born after January 1, 1988 is required to take the Florida Safe Boaters Tests prior to your check in to drive a jet ski. To complete the test, please arrive at least 45 minutes prior to your scheduled adventure.
Restrooms/Showers/Lockers:
- The tiki-boat is equipped to maximize your comfort with heads (that’s nautical for bathroom), and a fresh water rinse. There are no bathrooms at the check in office, but there are public restrooms conveniently located nearby at the marina.
- There are no lockers or storage facilities at the check in office. Participants are welcome to bring a beach bag or backpack with personal belongings on the boat. However, if you have large luggage or suitcases these would be best stored at your hotel or vehicle.

Your journey begins with a scenic boat ride from the Historic Seaport to our brand-new tiki boat, Lazy Lady. Onboard, you'll be treated to a mouthwatering breakfast, freshly prepared by our in-house catering kitchen. Think egg frittatas, assorted muffins, juice, soft drinks, and water—all the fuel you need for an exciting day ahead.

Once you're fueled up and ready to roll, it's time to take on the water. You have three whole hours to make the most of this aquatic playground. Choose to soar high above Key West with parasailing, feel the wind in your hair as you zoom around on jet skis, or hold on tight for an exhilarating ride on the banana boat. If you prefer a more relaxed vibe, you can jump on the water trampoline or lounge on one of our comfy floats. It's an adventure that caters to all tastes, whether you're a thrill-seeker or simply looking to soak in the sun and enjoy the sea breeze.

You'll have plenty of time to make unforgettable memories and capture the essence of Key West's waters with this incredible experience!

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
