Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: All age groups are welcome.
• Weight: Total weight limit for the tour is 840 pounds. Individual passenger weight verification may be required, with a limit of 300 pounds per passenger. Customers over the seat limit will not be allowed to fly and will be charged the full cost of the flight.
• Health limitations: Not for pregnant women or individuals with specific medical conditions that might affect their ability to fly. Please consult with a doctor if needed.
• Physical limitations: Must be able to board and exit the helicopter independently.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: All participants must pay, children included.
• Individuals with disabilities: Accessibility is limited, contact in advance for specific accommodations.
• Languages: The tour is conducted in English.
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 60 minutes of flight time.
• What’s included: Tour in a Robinson R44 helicopter covering key LA landmarks, with live narration from the pilot.
• Who will be present: A licensed pilot as well as the members of your group, and up to 4 total passengers.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed; everyone must have a ticket/reservation.
• Photo/video: You may take your own photos during the flight. Professional photography is not offered.
• Specific rules to follow: No smoking, follow all safety guidelines provided by the pilot. Passengers must bring a valid photo ID.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Tours may vary due to weather conditions and FAA restrictions.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled start time.
• Parking: Parking is available at the location (details provided upon booking).
• What to wear: Comfortable clothing suitable for flying.
• What to bring: Valid photo ID, camera or phone for pictures.
• Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: Restrooms may be available at the departure location.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 15 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 15 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
