Any restrictions to participate?
  • Age: All age groups are welcome.
  • Physical limitations: Light walking may be required if guests arrive early for the optional ½ mile walk to the Stone Dam.
Who can you accommodate for?
  • Children: All participants must have a reservation, children included.
  • Individuals with disabilities: Accessible parking and facilities available; advance notice is appreciated for specific needs.
  • Dietary restrictions: Dietary preferences and allergies (vegan, pescatarian, etc.) can be accommodated with advance notice. On-site requests cannot be guaranteed.
  • Pets: Not permitted.
What to expect on the day of the experience?
  • Duration: Approximately 1.5+ hours.
  • What’s included: A four-course prix fixe dinner featuring 100% Hawaii-sourced ingredients.
  • Who will be present: Hospitality professionals and culinary staff leading the experience; group size up to 25 participants.
  • Spectators: Not permitted; all guests must have a reservation.
  • Photo/ video: Personal photos are welcome during the experience.
  • Specific rules to follow: Advance disclosure of dietary restrictions is required; guests are expected to drive slowly through the residential neighborhood leading to Common Ground.
How to prepare?
  • Weather dependency: Experience takes place rain or shine; portions of the evening may be outdoors.
  • Arrival: Arrive at 5:30 PM for a 5:45 PM start. Guests may arrive an hour early for the optional walk to the Stone Dam.
  • Parking: After passing through the gates at the end of Kuawa Road, park on the grass island in front of the reception building.
  • What to wear: Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and walking shoes if planning to explore the farm or trail.
  • What to bring:
    • Rain gear and sun protection
    • Cash or card for beverages (wine, beer, cocktails available for purchase)
    • Personal items for comfort
  • Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms available on-site.
