What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Spend time at your leisure; the location is open for visits without a strict timetable. Most participants spend about 45 minutes visiting.
• What’s included: Access to the distillery and tasting room. Tastings available for guests 21+ with valid ID.
• Who will be present: Staff and experts from the distillery will be available to guide and provide information.
• Photo/video: Photos are encouraged; capture the beautiful surroundings and your experience.
• Specific rules to follow: A valid ID is required for alcohol tasting.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The experience is partially outdoors, so check the weather and dress appropriately.
• Arrival: While there is no specific arrival time for general admission, it's recommended to check operating hours on the day of your visit.
• Parking: Ample parking is available on site.

• What to bring: Photo ID for those participating in tastings.
• Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: Facilities are available on site.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 1 week before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 1 week in advance means losing the value of your experience.
