  • Children: All participants must have a ticket, including children.
  • Individuals with disabilities: The facility is accessible; please notify the experience provider in advance if wheelchair access is required.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • Duration: 45-minute guided tour of the distillery.
  • What’s included: Tour of Big Machine Downtown Distillery with samples of craft spirits for guests 21 and over. Minors may attend but will not be served alcohol.
  • Who will be present: A knowledgeable tour guide will lead the tour, explaining the distillation process and the unique aspects of each spirit.
  • Photo/video: Photography is allowed; capture your experience!
  • Specific rules to follow: Must be 21+ with a valid ID to participate in alcohol tastings.

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: The tour is held indoors and will proceed regardless of weather conditions.
  • Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time.
  • Parking: Street parking is available near the location; plan accordingly.
  • What to wear: Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
  • What to bring: A valid photo ID is required for each adult to participate in spirit tastings.
  • Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: Restroom facilities are available at the distillery.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 1 week before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 1 week in advance means losing the value of your experience.
