Any restrictions to participate?

Age: All ages welcome.
Weight: 300 lbs per passenger - passengers weighing 300 pounds (136 kg) or more will be charged for an additional comfort seat. All helicopter passengers will be weighed at the time of check-in.
Health limitations: It's recommended that pregnant women check with the healthcare provider if flying is allowed.
Physical limitations:
- Helicopter: The helicopters can stow collapsible wheelchairs with detachable wheels and other compact mobility equipment. Motorized wheelchairs are not permitted onboard the helicopters. Be advised that for passenger safety, our staff cannot assist in boarding or disembarking an aircraft except in cases of emergency. Passengers must be able to use the aircraft seat during flight.
- Hummer: Customers requiring boarding assistance must have a companion present to assist in boarding and disembarking the Hummer. A companion must also be present during the tour. Wheelchairs and Walkers may be taken in the Hummer, as long as they are foldable.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: We welcome children of all ages! Under current California & Arizona law, a child in a passenger vehicle must be in a car seat or a booster seat if he or she is:
- Younger than 8 years old, or shorter than 4 feet, 9 inches tall (57 inches)
- Infant/Toddler Car Seats required for ages under 5
- *Booster Seat required for ages 5-7
Individuals with disabilities: Wheelchair accessible, passengers must be able to use aircraft seats during flight (also see physical limitations). Hummer: Customers requiring boarding assistance must have a companion present to assist in boarding and disembarking the Hummer. A companion must also be present during the tour. Wheelchairs and Walkers may be taken in the Hummer, as long as they are foldable.
Languages: Narrations are available in Chinese - Mandarin & Cantonese, Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, and Spanish.
Pets: no pets allowed.

Duration:
- Tour Duration: Approximately 3 hours
- Flight Duration: Approximately 25-30 minutes
- Hummer Tour: Approximately 2 hours

Who will be present: You and your pilot will be accompanied by other tour participants, with a maximum of 6 per helicopter.

Specific rules to follow:
- All passengers are required to reconfirm their tour at least 24 hours in advance by contacting our reservations department at 928-638-2764. Please have your reservation number available. The partner's specialists are available daily from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm (Pacific Time). Reservations without confirmed pick-up information will be wait-listed.
- Baggage Restrictions - Purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft due to limited space.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: This experience is weather dependent. If the tour is canceled due to inclement weather, you have the option of rescheduling to a new date/time at no charge
Arrival: Check-in is 30 minutes before the booked tour's start time.
Parking: Free parking available
What to wear: Layered clothing is recommended through the months of March to September, and winter clothing should be worn from October to mid-March. Wear sensible shoes. The ground at the Grand Canyon is rough, rocky and uneven. It is important to wear sturdy, toe-covering shoes that can handle rough terrain. Sneakers or hiking boots are highly recommended.
What to bring: Purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft due to limited space.
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms available

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

Pilot gratuity is not included and is left to individual discretion.
FUEL SURCHARGE: Due to the increased price of aviation fuel, a temporary fuel surcharge between $5 - $30 per seat is in effect and is collected at the time of check-in.

Sample Itinerary:

Check-In at the Terminal: Arrive 30 minutes prior to departure at the terminal for check-in.
Helicopter Liftoff: Lift off on a narrated helicopter air tour over the North Canyon, South Rim, and Dragon Corridor, witnessing incredible desert scenery.
Return to the Terminal: Return to the terminal, capturing photos and memories from the breathtaking aerial experience.
Ground Tour Check-In at Buck Wild Hummer Tours Terminal: Proceed to the Buck Wild Hummer Tours terminal for check-in for the Grand Canyon ground tour.
Expert-Guided Hummer Tour: Meet your expert tour guide and board a state-of-the-art open-air Hummer, embarking on a 2-hour journey through the Grand Canyon National Park.
Notable Lookout Points: Explore the most notable lookout points, including Duck on a Rock, Yavapai Point, and Moran Point, offering gorgeous vantage points.
Tour Conclusion and Return: Return to the terminal as the ground tour concludes, having immersed yourself in the beauty of the Grand Canyon.

Note: Guests must provide their transportation to our Grand Canyon Terminal for a seamless and immersive journey.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience. Flights are subject to cancellation due to lack of passenger demand, weather, etc.
