• Age: All age groups are welcome.
• Weight: Total weight of all passengers cannot exceed 680 pounds, and individual passenger weight cannot exceed 300 pounds.
• Health limitations: Not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with certain medical conditions. Please consult a doctor if necessary.
• Physical limitations: Must be able to board and exit the helicopter independently.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: All participants, including children, must pay to participate.
• Individuals with disabilities: Contact in advance for specific accommodations. The experience may not be suitable for all types of disabilities.
• Languages: The tour is conducted in English.
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 35 minutes of flight time.
• What’s included: Scenic helicopter tour in an R44 Helicopter.
• Who will be present: A pilot and the members of your group (up to 2 passengers). As this is not a private tour, one additional passenger could join the tour, however it is not common.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed; everyone must have a ticket/reservation.
• Photo/video: Personal photography is allowed during the flight.
• Specific rules to follow: No smoking, and follow all safety guidelines provided by the pilot. A valid photo ID is required for airport access.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Tour routes may vary due to weather or FAA restrictions.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled start time. If late, tour duration may be shortened, and additional charges may apply if pilots and aircraft availability is extended.
• Parking: Parking is available at the departure location (details provided upon booking).
• What to wear: Comfortable clothing suitable for flying.
• What to bring: A valid photo ID and any personal items you need for photos or videos.
• Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: No changing rooms, but restrooms may be available at the departure location.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 15 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 15 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
