• Children: Attendees 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Individuals with disabilities: 
  • Wheelchair accessible and semi-ambulatory seats with operable armrests are located in various sections on all ballpark levels.
  • One companion/escort may accompany guests with disabilities in designated seating areas.
  • All parking areas offer a full complement of ADA accessible spaces.

• Dietary restrictions: The ballpark offers a preset menu with select vegetarian options. 
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Games can last up to 3.5 hours.
• What’s included: 1st or 3rd baseline seats for 2 people plus a $50 food and beverage voucher.
• Who will be present: You will be at the loanDepot stadium with many other fans! 
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket.
• Photo/ video: Photos and video are encouraged!
• Specific rules to follow: 
  • Only clear bags are permitted inside loanDepot park. All bags must be clear and cannot exceed 16"x16"x8" in size. Bags must be plastic, vinyl, or PVC material. Exceptions will be made for small clutches no larger than 6"x8" and bags for medical or infant purposes.
  • A complete list of rules will be included with your tickets.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Baseball games are weather dependent and can be canceled due to severe weather conditions. 
• Arrival: Plan to arrive early to allow enough time for parking and finding your seats.
• Parking: loanDepot park has 4 parking garages located on the North and South sides of the ballpark and 6 surface lots located on the East and West sides of the ballpark, each operated in a free flow parking model. Attendees will register their vehicle’s license plate via the PayByPhone App using the garage-specific identification code found on surrounding signage
• What to wear: Your favorite Miami Marlins gear!
• What to bring:
• A smart phone so you can access your tickets through the app, pay for parking, and pre-order food and beverages if so desired
• Personal items to make the game more comfortable (sunglasses, hat, sunscreen, etc..)
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms are available at the ballpark.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.
